Road Cycling & Road Circuits FAQs

How can I cycle the road circuit?

  • Taster sessions, skills sessions and pay and ride sessions will be available to allow you to experience this premium 1 mile floodlit road cycling circuit.

What should I wear?

  • For road cycling it is mandatory to wear a cycling helmet. This is included in the cost of a taster session. We recommend the following:
    • Gloves, cycling glasses.
    • Two layers of clothing (preferably close fitting) on your upper body

Can I cycle when pregnant?

  • Cycling while pregnant is only permitted on the outside road circuit for health and safety reasons. Cycling carries inherent risks, you should be aware of and accept these risks and are fully responsible for your involvement in this cycling discipline. You must always ride within your own limits and after consultation with your health care professional.
