Emergency Services & Armed Forces Offer

For anyone working in the NHS, emergency services, Coast Guard, RNLI or armed forces we’re offering you an additional night’s stay free of charge when you book a holiday with us. So whether you want to pitch a tent, park a caravan or motorhome of stay in one of our camping pods or pre-pitched Safari tents you can have a night on us.


The discount applies to the following accommodation types:

  • Touring pitch for a tent, caravan or motorhome

  • Stays in a camping pod unit (Big Chief Wigwam, Wee Brave Wigwam, Cabin or Cocoon)

  • Safari tent


And is valid at the following campsites:


Please note: you’ll be asked to produce evidence to confirm that you work for the one of the services listed in point 1 of our T&Cs. If you cannot provide this evidence you’ll be charged for the additional night’s stay.


How to book

  1. Click the book now link and check that your preferred campsite is showing in the “Park”box – choose the holiday type and dates and click search.

  2. Select you’re preferred option and it will take you on to the next step of the booking process - add the discount code in the box on the Enquiry Summary page and it will edit your total to take into account the discount.

  3. Complete the booking process and your total holiday cost will include your discount.

  4. Start planning your trip!

Terms and conditions

These Special offer Terms and Conditions apply to the Lee Valley Campsite - Emergency Services and Armed Forces 1 Free Night Offer (the Offer) for stays at Lee Valley Caravan Park, Dobbs Weir, Lee Valley Campsite, Sewardstone and Lee Valley Camping and Caravan Park , Edmonton which are operated by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (the Authority) of Myddelton House, Bulls Cross, Enfield, Middlesex EN2 9HG.


1.  You must work for one of the following services to be eligible to benefit from the Offer and you must provide evidence that you work for one of the listed services when checking-in:

  • NHS

  • Fire Service

  • Police

  • Ambulance Service

  • HM Coast Guard

  • RNLI

  • Armed Forces

2.  The Offer applies to bookings for a minimum of 2 night’s stay and up to a maximum stay of 14 nights between 1 January and 31 December 2025 in the following accommodation units:

     a. Touring pitch for a tent, caravan or motorhome

     b. Stay in a camping pod unit (Big Chief Wigwam, Wee Brave Wigwam, Cabin or Cocoon)

     c. Safari tent


3.  The Offer entitles you to receive one free additional night to be added to your booking.


4.  To receive the discount under the Offer, you must book directly on the Authority’s website for your chosen campsite quoting promotional code “911”. You can only use the Offer for one booking.


5.  The additional night can only be taken in the same accommodation unit type as the type booked.


6.  We may cancel your additional night if you are unable to produce evidence to confirm that you work for one of the services listed in 1 above.


7.  The Offer is a standalone offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.


8.  The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.


9.  The Offer cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.


10.  The Authority reserves the right to cancel this promotional Offer at any time without notice.


11.  Any personal data we collect as part of the Offer will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and as set out in the Authority’s privacy notice, which you can find at www.leevalleypark.org.uk/privacynotice.


12.  Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority cannot redeem the Offer.


13.  Stays at any Lee Valley campsite using the Offer are subject to compliance with the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions and the Lee Valley Campsite Specific Terms and Conditions.
