Our Parks deliver FREE group exercise session for local communities and are currently delivering two sessions on Leyton Marsh. If you'd like to reserve a space please register and book in and of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well.
Beginners Bootcamp
Thursdays at 18:00
Our Beginners Bootcamp style workout offers a full body workout. This class is suited to all levels, as our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace!
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout and please bring your own mat.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Sundays at 09:00
A 60 minute beginner LBT classes introduce body weight exercises with intervals all with a focus on strengthening the Legs, Bums, and Tums.
This all levels class is perfect for beginners as our friendly coaches offer many different variations to suit all levels.
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
