Low season

• Minimum pitch fee (2 adults): £19.50 per night

• Additional adult: £10 per night

• Junior (under 18): £5.50 per night

• Backpacker: £13.50 per night

• Early arrival: £11.50

Mid-season

• Minimum pitch fee (2 adults): £24.50 per night

• Additional adult: £12.50 per night

• Junior (under 18): £6.50 per night

• Backpacker: £15.50 per night

• Early arrival: £13.50

High season

• Minimum pitch fee (2 adults): £32.50 per night

• Additional adult: £16.50 per night

• Junior (under 18): £7.50 per night

• Backpacker: £17.50 per night

• Early arrival: £15.50

Additional charges

• Service pitch charge: £7.75 per night

• Premium pitch charge: £5.75 per night

• Gazebo/awning: £4.65 per night

• Dog: £3.75 per night

• Day visitors (adult): £6.75 per person

• Large tent surcharge: £14 per night

• Late departure: £41

Holiday home owner fees

• Decking fee: £375

• Admin charge for formal letters for non-compliance with agreements: £35

• Standard pitch: £3,645 per annum

• Premium pitch: £3,990 per annum
