Big Chief Wigwam ©
Sleeps four people (two adults, two children).
These timber cabins are carefully crafted timber pods which have heating and electricity. Supplied and named by our supplier, Wigwam Holidays ©, their name links to Native American culture where the word 'wigwam' is used by several tribes to refer to a domed dwelling. For the Abenaki tribe, native to the Northeastern states of North America, wigwam simply means 'house'. Designed to be more permanent than teepees, wigwams were built for those who wanted to settle down and feel at home within nature's wildest landscapes.
Cosy wooden camping pod whose seating area transforms into a spacious sleeping platform. An ideal accommodation option for anyone looking for a self contained pod, which won’t break the bank that also offers a few essentials that make any stay easy.
Hire BBQs, fire pits and bikes for your stay – see our holiday extras.
Dogs are welcome too – just select a dog friendly unit at the time of booking.
Please note: no bedding is provided in this camping pod.
