Units are available with two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, decking and decorated in a modern style throughout.

The top of the range specifications, which can be altered depending on your requirements, include:

• General fixtures. Floor coverings, broadband point, free standing furniture, window coverings

• Fully fitted kitchen. With range oven, cooker hood, integrated appliances (dishwasher, washer and microwave) wine cooler, American style fridge freezer

• Lounge. Feature fire place with TV points and HDMI connections, bluetooth inbuilt speakers.

• Bedrooms. Can be built to include all beds, wardrobes and storage areas Main bedroom has ensuite with bathroom

• Bathrooms. Main bathroom with large shower. Ensuite with bath.

Built to full residential specification and includes:

• UPVC double glazed windows and doors

• Gas combi central heating system

• Mains water and plumbing

Wi-Fi for holiday home owners

Annual fees

Annual pitch fees are payable by all holiday home owners. Fees for this plot are:

• Gold pitch fee: £4,375

• Decking fee: £330

Monthly direct debit payment options are available for annual fees.
