Lee Valley Aquathlon

Join us at Lee Valley White Water Centre for the third installment of the fifth series of Lee Valley Aquathlon.

Whether you're a novice or experienced triathlete, challenge yourself in our Aquathlon events which take place within Lee Valley Regional Park, starting at Lee Valley White Water Centre.

You can choose between two race distances; either a 250m or 500m open water swim in the  lake followed by a 3km or 5.5km run along a scenic route around River Lee Country Park.

Essential info

  • Race 1: SWIM - 250m : RUN - 3km

  • Race 2: SWIM - 500m : RUN - 5.5km

  • Pre-register online or you can register on the day for an additional fee

  • Number pick up and on the day registration starts at 18:00

  • Wet suits will be available to borrow from the venue

  • Lockers will be available to store your belongings while you race

  • Why not extend your evening and enjoy a light snack and either a hot drink or alcoholic beverage when you've finished the race

Getting here

By trian: The nearest stations are Waltham Cross or Cheshunt

By bus: The 211, 212, 213, 240, 250, 251 buses all stop on Station Road

By car: Lee Valley White Water Centre is located off junction 26 of the M25. Follow the A121 towards Waltham Abbey. Continue forward over each roundabout. At T-junction (facing Royal Gunpowder Mills) turn left towards Waltham Cross along Highbridge Street. The entrance to the centre is after approximately 100m on the right.
