Get you fellow female cyclists together, meet like-minded women and cycle together. This is an opportunity to exchange tips and experiences with each other and enjoy a morning out on the road.

Afterwards, relax in our Café 42 Degrees for a well-earned break and enjoy a complimentary regular tea or coffee.

£6.60 per session or FREE to membership holders

Mixing cardiovascular and high intensity training, our fully qualified coaches will have you up and active in no time at all at Lee Valley Athletics Centre.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis

Improve your fitness levels and burn up to 600 calories with Cardio Tennis sessions at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. They’re the new, fun, high energy workout which takes place on the court.

  • You'll consistently elevate your heart rate into your aerobic training zone
  • It’s much more fun than working out on a machine!
  • Sessions involve short bursts of high intensity workouts and periods of rest, almost like interval training, which burns more calories
  • It’s a fun group activity where players of all abilities can enjoy tennis together
  • If you haven’t played for a while, or don’t know who to play locally, it can be a great way to get back into tennis and meet new people
  • Even though you’re playing tennis, the focus is primarily on getting a great workout
  • You'll naturally improve your game because you hit so many balls and repeat various shots
