Tone, trim and get fit in a FREE Boot Camp session. Our trained coaches will have you up and active and getting fit in no time!

Essential information

  • Suitable for anyone aged 12 and over
  • It's important to keep hydrated so please bring plenty of water
  • Appropriate training gear should be worn
  • Please make sure you attend the sessions on time so that everyone takes part in the warm up to prevent injuries
  • No need to book, simply turn up and join in!

Whether you walk, run or cycle, make your way around our 10,000 acres for National Fitness Day. With traffic-free trails and routes, switch off the television and experience the great outdoors using our chosen routes below:

Chosen walking route: Grebes and Gravel
2 miles

A circular wildlife and wildflower route exploring Bowyers Water and its natural inhabitants.

Chosen running route: Urban Oasis
3.5 miles

A figure-of-eight route through Tottenham Marshes discovering the diverse wildlife of this urban jewel. The route loops north around Wild Marsh West and over the river before heading south through Clendish Marsh returning back along the towpath.

Chosen cycling route: Golden Circle
5.5 miles

A circular route that starts at Lee Valley VeloPark, considered to be one of the most iconic, London 2012 venues. The route then heads north through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park before crossing onto the marshes of Hackney Leyton and Walthamstow.
