National Bike Week

A different look for #BikeWeek

Although we might not be able to go on the long bike rides we wish, this is still the perfect time to test out your pedals or even start on them for the first time. With route recommendations and top tips from our expert, you’ll still have just as much fun.

Daley’s daily tips

Brain Daley, one of our cycling coaches, will be sharing tips on a range of cycling topics on both Lee Valley Regional Park and Lee Valley VeloPark’s social media. From checking if your bike is in good condition to ride to how to start cycling to work to confidence for rusty riders, Brian covers it all for new and experienced riders alike.
