Breeze Sky Ride Confidence building ride in Lee Valley Regional Park

10:00 - 11:00

Join us for a leisurely traffic-free bike ride starting and finishing at Lee Valley White Water Centre. We'll be riding around the lakes of Lee Valley Regional Park, stopping to admire the view and rest as necessary, ensuring no-one is left behind.

Meeting in the car park nearest to The Terrace Bar & Café, book your place on this bike ride for women and children.

Please wear a helmet and bring a drink and snack for the ride.

Breeze Sky Ride Lee Valley Regional Park Pedal

17:30 - 18:45

Get pedalling with your fellow female cyclists in this women's only bike ride around Lee Valley Regional Park. Take in eight miles of stunning scenery starting and finishing at Lee Valley White Water Centre.

Please wear a helmet and bring a drink and snack for the ride.

The Terrace Bar & Café shuts at 17:30 however riders who arrive early can enjoy a pre ride drink.

Pedal to Olympic Dreams

Starts from Tottenham Marshes

Enjoy a leisurely cycle ride following the towpath to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, stopping for lunch at Lee Valley VeloPark before heading back to Tottenham Marshes.

During lunch, riders can try their cycling skills on the mountain bikes trails at Lee Valley VeloPark during a Pay and Ride session for free. Don’t worry if your bike isn't right for tackling the trails, each rider can hire a bike at the reduced price of £8.

On site Café 42 Degrees offers a delicious range of hot and cold food and drink, or bring a picnic and enjoy the glorious Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as you refuel.

It’s advisable to wear a cycle helmet and to bring a spare inner-tube.

Tottenham Marshes

The Dr Bike mechanics will check everything on your bike from wheels, brakes, gears and tyre pressure to lights, racks, pedals, saddles and more. Any minor adjustments can be made on site.

There’s no charge for the check-up, if you purchase spare parts this is all you’ll be charged for.

Our cycle routes cover all of the Lee Valley, and are suitable for bike riders of all abilities. Whether you're looking for a short cycle or a longer ride, check out our cycle routes and start exploring! Here are a few we've picked out to get you started...

This route heads north past Bowyers Water and follows the railway providing you will stunning views of the Lee Valley.

Starting at Gunpowder Park, this route heads north towards Lee Valley White Water Centre and meanders through our picturesque parks.

Take in the glory of our London 2012 venues and crosses into Hackney marshes before reaching the historical site of Middlesex Filter Beds used in Victorian England.
